Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:

The product must be unopened

The safety seal must be intact

The item must be in its original packaging

The product must be unused and in resellable condition
Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned or refunded.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Subscription Orders (Refills)
Orders processed as part of a subscription refill are not eligible for returns or refunds, even if the product is the same as a previous order.
By maintaining an active subscription, customers agree that automatically processed refill orders are final once billed.
We recommend managing your subscription in advance if you wish to skip, pause, or cancel upcoming shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide the next steps and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
