Shipping Policy
We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, orders are sent to our fulfillment center for processing and preparation. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Typical delivery times are:

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control such as carrier issues, customs inspections, or local delivery disruptions.
If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Subscription Orders
For customers with an active subscription, orders will be automatically processed and shipped according to the selected billing schedule.
Subscription orders enter fulfillment immediately after processing and therefore cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
Customers can manage, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date through their account portal.
